You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cm8play account password and login details. You must not share your login information with anyone, including family members. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, unless you have reported to cm8play that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
CM8Play carries out a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process before any withdrawal is handled. This may require you to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a copy of your bank statement or ATM card, and proof of the payment method used for your deposit.
